The shoes have a gel/memory foam insert of a good 2.5cm so the shoe has less room for your foot so all the reviews say they run small. I usually wear a size 9.5. I've seen reviews that they run so small. So I chose 10 and it was perfect. The memory foam really helps, usually my feet go numb after 2 hours of walking in my old work boots, but with these boots I've spent my entire 7 hours standing and I still feel my feet!
