Purchased first set of 2 keys and had it programmed. Both keys had inverted features. Button to open lift gate locked doors, button to open right door unlocked doors, button to open left door opened lift gate, button to remote turn on opened one of the sliding doors, button to lock the car did lock the car and button to unlock the car did nothing. Requested a replacement and got sent another one. Took it to have it programmed (and mind you I was not trying to do this, I took this to a place that specializes in programming keys, they even contacted the Chrysler dealership for help) but the replacement set of keys did EXACTLY the same. I do have to say that I had no problems returning the items, they were fast and helpful. I ended up paying a little more for a OEM replacement from the shop that programmed the keys and that one works perfectly.
