The SD card is cheap and doesn't work!
After figuring out the instructions for this thing and shooting a few test videos. When I wanted to open them on my laptop with the supplied SD card. All the videos I received were completely black with no sound. I hope it's just a crappy SD card they sent along. Tomorrow I will buy a 64 GB card. See if it works. If not, then this thing is junk. Don't waste your money and time on this.
