Don't worry about buying if you think they still support this product

So I've had the dashboard for about 3 months and on the 2nd month I started making a little Having problems with the WiFi connection. turns on and sometimes keeps no sound, i have contacted the company several times on their instagram web page asking for warranty information here, i have not received any reply or help, it's a shame. I like the size but feel abandoned after trying to get help.
