I like that it's easy for users of any level, from managers to employees, to use without training or additional software required. The interface isn't as intuitive as other platforms out there, but once you get comfortable with how things work (which takes some time), it becomes easier than most others. It can take a while to learn all its features, but once you do everything comes together pretty well. We've been able to easily monitor our workflow process and make changes when needed. Also, we're able to track customer feedback and communicate back directly with them to ensure they are happy with their experience.
