The best thing about FMI is the customer service. They are always willing to help and are quick to respond. I wish they had more mobile app options. The mobile app is very clunky and often crashes. I've had to call customer service so many times. I don't know why they don't have more mobile app options. FMI has made my life easier by allowing me to book rooms and check in/out guests with a few clicks. I would highly recommend this software to any business owner. It has drastically simplified my life and allowed me to focus on the business.
