You get what you pay for.
The plastic smell hasn't gone away and if you drink loose leaf tea regularly it will flow through the holes and you could just toss your leaves straight into the water instead of wasting time on it. Some are really hard to fill with leaves and some BARLEY contain a teaspoon of tea!
