Well, so far so good.
Im 6'2 270lbs with some body fat but thickly muscled. Im currently trying this out for.A) leaning out (im currently dieting)B) I have a tiny belly button hernia, so im hoping this will help with controlling my abdomen as much as possible.C) help with my lower back pain/herniated discs.I basically wear this on the "biggest" setting for 4 hours daily (for now).Next week I will wear for 6 hrs.Week 3 i will make tighter/next setting.I bought a XXL and It fits perfect.Snug, but NOT overly squeezed.I dont have a HUGE belly or overhang so IF you do i would suggest a 3x.If i can get atleast 6months/1 yr out of this withOUT it breaking, ill be happy.
