Reviewing QA Equilibrium's cloud application

The best thing about haydl eqa was getting answers to my questions in real-time without having someone else call me back or take up too much of their time! I think it could use some work with its mobile app but overall very helpful for our business needs at this point!! It has been great so far though we are still trying out all features/apps as they continue working towards making more available within other platforms (mobile apps). We have not found any downsides thusfar either from using these types services previously which helps us feel confident moving forward into upcoming projects where there will be even greater need than what current solutions can handle alone.- Customer service - Ability to get quick responses regarding support issues & feature requests.

Pros
  • Great, instant customer response helpdesk system that is easy enough anyone should understand quickly.
  • Fast delivery times when purchasing new addon modules / updates; especially if you're paying monthly instead annual payment plans such those offered by companies like SalesForce etc
  • Very useful webinar functionality used periodically throughout year around meetings among
