I would give zero stars if I could. I received this bed frame with all metal parts, ZERO instructions and ZERO hardware. I have no way of putting it together or even how to put it together. the old bed frame already dismantled. I don't know how to assemble the frame without equipment and instructions. 😡 ALSO, IN ORDER TO RETURN THE PRODUCT, I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING AND HANDLING FOR THE RETURN OF THE PRODUCT. So if you have a problem with it and want to return it, be prepared to PAY A REFUND FOR IT 😡😡😡 The return shipping cost was $80 and it is in the SAME CONDITION as the company! They did not refund the shipping cost. And they were the ones who didn't send everything. With the cost of the bed and shipping I lost $100 😡😡😡 Only HALF my money back 😡
