Review on LitterLocker Refill Litter Locker Plus by Judy Lawrence

I want to give this tray 5 stars because I love the bin and have been very happy with this refill cartridge in the past. But now I put a star and here's why. I've been using this particular refill for a number of years now and have noticed that the quality has dropped recently. The label on the outside says it's made in Canada. The plastic part of the lining/pocket is thinner these days and breaks very easily. The cartridge is pulled into the shell body with minimal effort. The liner also adheres more to the cartridge these days than it used to. I'm wondering if something has changed in the manufacturing process or the machines, or if they're just worn out resulting in a poor quality product.
