Review on Shared Remote Management Services by Josh Maher

I liked that it helped us have 1 account for multiple sites, so we could see all our alerts at one place instead of having them in different places (email vs slack). It was very easy setup but also provided some nice features such as being able to remote into servers without installing anything or logging onto individual user accounts which is handy when you are trying to fix something quickly with no downtime. The only downside i can think about right now is its price point - not cheap compared to other similar services. We were looking into an easier way than what TeamViewer/VNC provides where someone else has access to your computer remotely while still allowing you full control over everything from keyboard shortcuts down to mouse movements if necessary. This service allowed this type of flexibility because they don't provide VMs per site nor do they allow any direct connection between two users via teamviewer etc.
