First of all the packaging could be confusing. Its shaped like a bottle of serum but it's just one mask in a package. and somehow I only received one mask instead of the 5 pack. The packaging also isnt ideal for the mask because it's a large mask that's folded into a small square. It wasnt the easiest to figure out how to unravel it - I was afraid I was going to tear it, and it was dripping wet.One thing about this product is that it is not skimpy with the serum. This thing is dripping; so since I did not get the 5 masks, I saved the packaging to apply some of the serum at a later time.Before putting it on my face I kept in the fridge for a few days and boy was this thing a shock of cold when I put it on. Even though it is recommended I dont think I will do that again.While trying to place it on my face, it seemed like the holes didnt match up well with my face, especially near my chin; so I just folded it and adjusted it as best as I could. A small amount ended up getting on my eyelids which made them sticky and slightly uncomfortable to blink. The mask seemed to stay on well though probably because of the sticky texture. Once I shaped it to my face, it really did not slide so I didnt have to re-adjust.Unfortunately I did not get the chance to test out multiple masks but based on the one I could say that overall:it was unpleasant to unravel and put on especially because it was a super cold cloth on my face. It also did get slightly itchy (I have sensitive skin). Then after I took it off, my face felt sticky, and took a long time to dry even after rubbing it in.I didnt notice any improvements for my "tired eyes" (I usually have puffiness under my eyes) but my skin did look shiny and moisturized. Not too impressed. Like I said, It did seem to moisturize my skin, but I dont think it would be worry it to me to get it again.
