We are using this product in our recruitment agency since last 4 years now. It has helped us in lot of ways - from creating ratesheet as per industry standards to calculating wage slip etc. The UI needs some improvements. Sometimes it takes time to load up with lots of data which gets irritating at times when you need quick results. I would say go ahead if your work flow involves hourly/daily/weekly salary calculations. Its definitely worth trying out! Rate calculation was one area where we were not able to get satisfactory results till we used RatesCalculator. Our clients have benefitted by having accurate and timely wage slips.
