The best things about this application are its simplicity & ease of use. I can easily access all reports from my dash board which helps me view how much time each visitor spends inside my site as well as their navigation paths.The dashboard design could be improved by adding more data points for viewing such as number of visits etc. However it has been very simple to set up analytics for our websites. It also allows us to see search terms used as well as traffic sources visiting the page where we have configured ads or links. As a small business owner with limited resources available, managing multiple applications was previously difficult but inspiral solves these problems with great agility. Analytics are easier to manage now! We were previously using Google analytics only to find out if visitors actually visited an area of our website instead of monitoring user behavior within specific areas or pages. Now we can compare numbers and trends within different landing pages so we I can track my website traffic and I can also check the impact of my campaigns. I can also see where my audience is coming from. The interface is not the best. It's not user friendly at all. It's a bit tricky to use. I recommend to try it. I use it for my digital marketing campaigns. It helps me to track my campaigns. I can also see the impact of my campaigns.
