Holy Moly - better have tools!

This part did exactly what we needed, arrived sooner than expected and took care of our problem. The only thing I can say is that the installer needs to be careful, you definitely need a tool to install a new one. We didn't have a special wrench to "insert" this, so we had to use a cat-grip vise with a towel (to avoid breaking the plastic) to tighten it. There is a self-help video on YouTube that you can use if you need help installing or removing the old one.
