Don't get frustrated the first time you use it. It has a testing and learning curve. Follow all instructions, don't skip anything. Warm up as recommended (15 minutes), no more. If you heat it for too long trust me you will burn yourself. Check the temperature before you start waxing. Roll it down and press the strips down. When you pull the strip out, do so quickly and against the direction of your hearing growth. Use warm water and a towel to remove excess wax. When done, toss the cap and strips in hot water. Simply soak them in water for about 5-7 minutes and wipe off excess wax with a paper towel. True, you can reuse the strips. Just soak in hot water and you're good to go. Do not throw away the inner cover. You will return it when you are done with this product.
