I like how easy it was for people in my court/program staff members with limited experience using computers or internet technology as well inexperienced youth program administrators who were unfamiliar wth this type of computer system use - all had an immediate positive reaction when we showed them what they could do once set up! Some things took some time getting familiarized but that's because you have so many options within each screen there can be too much information sometimes making finding items difficult depending upon your own preference regarding organization structure etc...but overall very pleased!!
