I slept on my son's futon. Its main purpose is a sofa, so it's not as soft as a bed. Until he converts his shed into an office, he has nowhere to put his futon, so I can replace it with an actual bed. I started with the fluffiest mattress pad I could find, but that didn't change much. This wool topper changed the world. I've slept on it for the last 4 nights and what's the difference. I had a wool mattress topper on my king bed in my last home before I retired and moved to be close to my kids. I've had this for 35 years and when I sold the bed the new owner wanted to keep it so I let him know I was downsizing. Wool products I've had are superior to feather pads where feather or foam pads are being phased out. I have great sleep which is worth the extra investment. When I finally get my new bed it will progress to this one.
