wheels don't roll for baby and toddler beds

wheels don't roll! We have wooden floors and it is very difficult to move the cradle from one side of the house to the other. I bought it to help my mom carry her baby from one room to another because she has trouble walking and doesn't want to hold the baby. It's cute but not durable and not easy to move. The little one now weighs 9 pounds 7 ounces 21 inches and has almost outgrown him.
