Good for what it is. It's not blue (at least what we have). It's only 150 watts, or about 10% of what you get with most heaters, but it's good for a table. Don't expect instantaneous sweltering heat in an open area. Also good for keeping warm in places with pets. Cats will kill you if you sit next to him. We thought it was DOA until I noticed that the reset/overload was triggered on the rear or was in the open position. So if you move it and it doesn't seem to work, check the reset on the back. It does NOT have a grounded plug. If you plan to use it at work, check with HF&S first if it's allowed and avoid surprises. Some buildings do not allow the connection of heaters of any kind, others do not allow coil and fan heaters etc.
