Conveniently easy-breezy user experience for account users and managers alike
The ease with which I was able to add new accounts, change existing ones & make any changes that were required without having access or training in software development/programming at all. It took me less than 5 minutes! There are some features we would like but it's not too difficult (or expensive)to achieve as there seems to have been very little focus given by management towards making improvements over recent years so far anyway. We're looking forward to seeing what they do next year when our contract expires because if this product continues down its current path then more likely will go elsewhere unless something drastic happens soonish before renewal date comes around again.
Pros
- Able to easily enter details from an Excel sheet into several different areas within my organisation for both payroll purposes AND business travel expenses OR expense claims no need whatsoever is needed here either..it just works really well once you get used to how certain things work; easy enough even for someone who doesn't know anything about programming nor computers etc.you'll be up and running after
