Bought almost 4 months ago and it has stopped working properly, I've used it maybe 5 times and the USB end of the cable won't connect properly without it in the right position (not the cable, but the USB connector itself). Any slight movement or vibration will cause it to stop working, so the scanner cannot be operated for more than 30 seconds. I've never used it with a bent or kinked cable and it still broke. I am currently waiting for a replacement. Update: When I contacted the seller they tried to just give me 70% off a new one but the code only lasted a day, or paid shipping for a replacement which came out at the same price as the 70% off. I told them I wouldn't pay for a replacement if it broke through no fault of my own and they offered to send a free replacement as it's still under warranty. I don't understand why it took them so long to find out it was under warranty but I got it replaced.
