Review on Roro Wood Square End-Grain Chef Cutting Board And Block, 14 Inch Acacia Square by Prince Aguirre

This cutting board stays on the centre of my counter. It's always commented on by any of my visitors who like cooking. They can't resist running a hand over it.It's easy to use as it stays in place. Last night I cracked open a coconut on it with a hammer.Just a wipe with a damp cloth and it looks new again. Knife marks are still visible but shallow, you can't feel them so they only add to the beauty of the surface with time. Knowing that bacteria can't live in or on the wood is a bonus.I gave one to a friend who used it for a few days then threw out all her plastic cutting boards.My compliments to the designer.
