I bought two of these to upgrade two 120GB SSDs running in RAID 0 on an Adaptec 6405E RAID controller. So far they've been great. I didn't run any benchmarks, but the boot time is almost instantaneous once I've passed BIOS boot. There were no problems with Windows 8.1. This is my first experience with PNY and I am happy with the result.
