Review on πŸ₯› FoodVille MF05 Rechargeable Milk Frother USB Charging Handheld Foam Maker + Extra Frother for Cappuccino, Latte, Bulletproof Coffee, Keto Diet, Protein Powder, Matcha by Kip Robinson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

An improvement over the first version, but still needs work.

Compared to the previous MF02, the biggest improvement on the MF05 is the way the frothing and beating tools attach to the unit. The MF05 is a big improvement in terms of attaching and removing tools as the new connection is more secure and less likely to break when attaching/detaching in my opinion. The MF05 connection also largely eliminates the vibrations that can occur with the MF02. As for the speed/off switch, the MF05 offers some improvements but the problem remains. Being able to turn off the fan with the push of a button is definitely an improvement. The problem I have is what level is the foamer set to next time you use it? I had a mess putting the frother in my coffee and the other day it went to the second or third tier (the second and third tiers are too big to use in most coffee mugs). So after using the frother I try to switch between the speeds so that next time it turns on at the first speed, but it would be nice to know what speed setting you're getting before inserting your coffee or even a frothing jug on foam when full enough. In conclusion, I believe that the new tool port on the MF05 is the path to the MF02. I would still prefer a toggle switch for the speed level, separate from the on/off switch. Yes, this certainly adds to the cost and complexity of the product, but it avoids the mess caused by overspeeding a cup or jug when using a propellant.
