The ability to set up reports of all sorts from anything you need them too! I also like that my agents are able to access their own information as well so there isn't any confusion or issues with who can see what at times when sending out client files/reports etc.. Nothing really but if it were me i would say they could have made some changes here and maybe make things more user friendly? But its not terrible in anyway just something small we noticed after using this software system over our previous one which was very easy once setup (which took about 10 min).
