Received 2 packs of conditioner and oil. Not many complaints as a side note, they overlap quite a bit in usage I think. Both require multiple coats to be applied and both are rich in oil. If your wood is in decent condition, you may not need air conditioning, and if you have old, felled wood that needs to be brought back to life, air conditioning may be best. In any case, it is a bit cumbersome and it is enough to apply 3-4 layers. He did the job for me and restored the cutting board to the desired color and water resistance.
