The ease of use, access to historical data is outstanding! I am able to pull up an entire history of my account in less than 5 minutes. This has saved me countless hours of research time when it comes to tracking down information about our customers. Nothing really. It's just as easy to download reports from this site if you want more detail or need specific information not available through other means (more detailed loan payment info). We are using this system primarily to track all of our accounts receivable invoices so that we can send out payments at the proper times.
