1- Extraction tools are pool quality and will rust quickly. 2- The headband does not attach with Velcro for ease of use. You have to put your head through it. Otherwise, it's only aimed at your chest and not strong enough to go all the way to your face. 5- Steam gives off a suffocating plastic smell. I put 1-2 drops of tea tree oil in the aromatherapy basket which helped a little, after 4 uses there is still a plastic element clouding the air. . I only used distilled water. I add 1-2 drops of tea tree oil to my aromatherapy basket 2 out of 4 times. I completely empty the tank after each use. After my third use, I noticed that the plastic on the water tank lid was cracked, like old paint chipping off wood. I decided to give it more time and just take care of it. On my next use, number 4, I simply opened the water tank door and the plastic latch on the door disengaged. Now I have to use the tool to open the door every time I want to use it. After much deliberation I have decided that this steamer is of low quality despite the higher price. I am also very disappointed with all the positive reviews as I researched many vapers carefully and concluded that this was the best choice. Had not.
