Broke quickly, no return under warranty.
I got this clock for my 8 year old for Christmas and it stopped working after a week. It will not charge once the charger is plugged in (it will show fully charged and if unplugged it will show no battery). We sent it back to the manufacturer under warranty - and heard nothing. Not email, phone call or fixed product return. It's been 6 months already. So not only do we have no working hours, we don't have anything at all to try to fix ourselves. I'm incredibly disappointed.
