Not factory installed, failed after a few years

Update: A port died after a few years. Searched for another, found another product that fits well. Works well. I used it to add USB ports to connect a dash cam. Although it is written that this is for Honda, it does not fit my 2015 Honda Accord. Although disappointed, I was able to cut the back of the adapter and place it in an empty slot on the dash. Since the adapter is bigger it's "superb" but it was pretty tight so it's ok. See photo. In terms of operation, once installed, it provides power to run my DVR. The adapter also comes with its own fuse for added peace of mind.
