The temperature controller works well at first but then I feel like it works for the rest of the shift. It rises again when you increase the temperature again using the control buttons. The bubbles are so delicate they seem meaningless. Rollers that can be used to massage the feet are either too narrow or shouldn't have sharper grooves around the edges. This makes it a bit uncomfortable. The middle part feels good though. I wish the vibration was a little stronger, but what I get is still nice. I've only ever used it with Epsom salts, so I'm not sure if it's the bath or the salt that makes me feel so good when I'm done. Regardless, when I'm done I actually feel a lot better, so I still want to give it 4*. That's the point, isn't it? I also understand that I paid a little for it relatively speaking, and I'm happy with what I get out of it. I wouldn't return it. Just know that you're not buying a Porsche, so don't expect it either.
