have been using it for some time and it does its job perfectly. Your device doesn't say it's a fast charge, but I've compared the time to the original devices' fast charge and it's within 5 minutes, so it's not a problem. I really think it only charges with 5 volts DC instead of the 9 volts that my factory device can charge, which is probably why the device just says the cable is charging instead. As to how healthy fast charging at 5v versus 9 volts is for your device's battery, I'm not sure time will tell. But if you need a lot of USB charging that doesn't slow down with more devices, then this thing is definitely the way to go.
