Impossible to use - my new review
To begin with, the wax that came with this smelled terrible and artificial, and the lid didn't fit, so that it would slide into the hot wax. The temperature controls didn't help either, since by the time the wax cooled enough to be comfortable on the skin, it was starting to solidify again. Sent it back.
