I like that it's an easy platform to use and it has many different features for travel agents. It's pretty straight forward once you get used to it. You can easily add new products with out much hassle. Not much. I have had trouble getting updates from time to time when there are changes made to the system. But that could be because I am not familiar with all of the ins and outs. The biggest problem I have encountered is that sometimes when I upload my inventory it takes me longer than expected or sometimes it doesn't work at all. So make sure you test before you release! That's the only real problem I've come across so far. We use it as our main booking tool for hotels and rental cars. It's great for staying organized and having access to inventory anywhere there is internet.
