The best solution for an external drive where people don't have internal drives on their laptop, I connected it to the USB port on my new MacBook Pro connected (It doesn't work when plugged into a USB hub) and within minutes I was listening to an audio CD and watching a video DVD. If your new Mac doesn't have a disk drive, get this lightweight, thin external drive."
