This is my second! The first one is too big to wear as I've lost so many inches! 😬 I wear it 8-10 hours a day Monday to Friday and trust me when I say HELP! I've lost a total of 80 pounds so far, I exercise 5-6 times a week and count my calories, but that's helped a lot too! I highly recommend it! Be sure to add an inch when measuring, they fit perfectly. My waist is 30 inches and I'm a size L and it didn't fit no matter how hard I tried so keep that in mind when you buy!
