I received the tripod last weekend for my solo trip to Death Valley National Park. I really liked the remote control, which allowed me to distance myself from others and take my own selfies and other carefully selected photos. He was also very durable. I was concerned that since it is so light it would not withstand the extreme desert winds. But it was just great. Also, I didn't realize when I ordered it that it came with a special GoPro part. I thought it was really comfortable. I don't have a GoPro right now, but I thought about it, so it was a win for me.
