This product is terrible. The buttons stick and the remote consistency fails. Using this product, our team found that we had to press the buttons multiple times to get them to work, and even then it was hit or miss. The only pro to this remote is that it comes with a warranty, but it's not worth the hassle of constantly swapping out defective remotes. On the other hand, the cons are the poor quality and overall frustrating user experience. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone looking to purchase electronics for their television.
