I was disappointed learning that there is only a straight button and a backwards turn button. So in order to turn you have to do a circle backwards. But my 4 year old figured it it fast and didn't seem to mind. But 2 days after opening one of the cars won't drive anymore. It still makes ask the sounds but won't move. We have only drive it inside in the kitchen so I was frustrated it broke so fast and since we bought it for his birthday it's been long enough we can't return it.EDIT: 24 hours after posting my review they contacted me to resolve the issue. great customer service
