I fried my laptop and needed a new one asap. Due to COVID there is not much local stock. I didn't have time to research as I had deadlines. I knew it would be smaller than what I'm used to, but the price was reasonable and I was able to get it quickly. I should have researched more. The computer freezes at least 4 times a week no matter what network I'm using and I have to reboot (like I did tonight and last night). It also turns off randomly. I can work and suddenly it's over. It's plugged in and charged and will back up in about 15-20 minutes. I lost so many jobs. I swore to myself on my last HP that I would never buy another HP product and I had to stick to it. The sound quality is really good; I just want it to always work.
