a computer is a good entity. but it only works with microsoft software. It won't work with almost all of your old or fairly new non-Microsoft software. Very disappointed in HP. Microsoft wants to take over the computer software industry. Microsoft really sucks. This computer is useless to me. I have to send it back. oh and you can't run another browser e.g. firefox.thunderbird.etc.

First of all I know that I received a 14 inch touchpad and received a 12 inch touchpad which is not always touchable during the movie Lightning lines appear. I'm just so disappointed that I want to return it but with a lot of hassle. If I had known I would have to spend more for a better quality laptop I would have bought it. but it had to be a brand new laptop.

The laptop was sold as new but I was surprised, square holes were cut in the box first. It was normal, I thought the laptop would at least be in new condition, so I didn't bother with the box. When I opened the laptop, I immediately saw fingerprints all over the screen. It scared me immediately, I tried to turn it on but I was dead. I fried my laptop and needed a new one asap. Due to COVID there is not much local stock. I didn't have time to research as I had deadlines. I knew it would be smaller than what I'm used to, but the price was reasonable and I was able to get it quickly. I should have researched more. The computer freezes at least 4 times a week no matter what network I'm using and I have to reboot (like I did tonight and last night). It also turns off randomly. I can work and suddenly it's over.
