The laptop was sold as new but I was surprised, square holes were cut in the box first. It was normal, I thought the laptop would at least be in new condition, so I didn't bother with the box. When I opened the laptop, I immediately saw fingerprints all over the screen. It scared me immediately, I tried to turn it on but I was dead. I plugged in the charger and immediately noticed the battery indicator blinked 5 times continuously. When the laptop turned on, I saw scratches on the screen. I checked for 5 blinks of the battery light, which I believe was blinking even when the laptop was off, which turned out to be a bad battery. Imagine you sell a laptop as new and receive a defective laptop. I hope I don't get Covid 19 as the screen was so dirty with fingerprints. Sellers, please do not sell the laptop as new or say it has been professionally tested when it clearly has not. Obviously defective.
