So I have a 2800 square foot finished basement that was so wet that water was dripping from everything and puddles. A few gallons of puddles I might add. Because of this, the false ceiling is covered with mold and falls down. I posted this basement on Saturday at 86% humidity at 68 degrees. I came back on Monday it was 56% humidity and 68 degrees Fahrenheit. All pods and drops are gone. 5 weeks later still 56% and 68 degrees Fahrenheit and basement dry. I had to replace the false ceiling and spray bleach on the walls for a few days but my basement is back and it smells fresh and dry!
