Weak Magnet
The magnet in this holder is weak, causing the holder to slide down the fridge when something is put in or removed from the holder. (I tried this with a 3" x 3" sticky notepad, and even that caused the holder to slide down.) The manufacturer should be aware of this, as the holder comes with a clear, double-sided circular sticky pad that can be attached to the holder refrigerator. Haven't tried it yet as sticking the holder to the fridge with tape will make it permanent.
