I am very happy with the performance of the stand and mounts. The attitude wasn't even bad. It was easy to take the top cover off and remove the screw from the case to let the wires through. The assembly of the clamp was also quite easy and quick. I was careful not to over-tighten the mounting screws on the back of the monitors. I hand screwed the screws in all the way (when they touched the bracket and the threads weren't visible) and only then tightened them back up with a screwdriver. I have two 27 inch Samsung monitors attached to these things. The directions for the gas shocks are simple - there are spruce lanterns that you turn counter-clockwise or clockwise to increase or decrease the force of the shocks. I had to do that for both of them. After I put them back on, I didn't notice the monitors going up or down. These things really couldn't be better.
