Review on YAPJEB 5.5L Hydration Pack Backpack: Ideal for Marathon Running, Race Hiking & Outdoor Activities by Ryan Sandell

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Has front pockets for quick access, won't slip on treadmills due to second strap

Pros: Cobalt blue looks great; double chest strap to reduce slipping, 5.5 l volume, enough "corners" for phone, wallet, keys etc. including signal whistle, price is 25% of the brand label (camel etc.). Cons: Does not contain a water bladder. Prior to this order, I had two hydration packs and had learned to despise both. The main issue I had was that the backpacks only had a chest strap and the shoulder straps would move as I ran, chafing my shoulders and neck. On the other hand, this backpack looks just as good as the others, is as light as the others and holds the same amount of water (5.5L) as the others. What makes it stand out are the many front pockets for transporting items such as wallet, keys, phone, etc., which can be taken out immediately without removing the backpack. My other backpacks have phone holders on the back that aren't accessible while running. It's important to note that this backpack has two straps that hold the shoulders on the chest so the straps don't ride up on me. That last feature alone would make this item a great find. However, it is better in almost every way.
