This is so frustrating! The play and pause buttons do not work. They work for making phone calls, but not for playing or pausing music or an audio book. I took a chance and bought them instead of LG as my old LGs are no longer available and all the new ones have bad reviews. I wish I would have just gone with them again. I don't like the fact that the headphones just dangle like that without magnet fixation and bad button operation. Also, LG had a much cleaner sound. It's too late to return now.
