This is so frustrating! The play and pause buttons do not work. They work for making phone calls, but not for playing or pausing music or an audio book. I took a chance and bought them instead of LG as my old LGs are no longer available and all the new ones have bad reviews. I wish I would have just gone with them again. Update 05/16/2020: The headset often cannot be switched on even after charging. There's no point in great sound if it's not available. I absolutely love these headphones ALMOST.
